The flowers were in full bloom near Warm River in Southeast Idaho this spring. Don’t let the beauty fool you however. The mosquitoes were also out in force!
We were just leaving the Hoh Rain Forest along the Olympic peninsula in Washington state. It had been raining and then a little sunshine broke though and it was so beautiful. Haystack Rock is a 235 foot high monolith at Cannon Beach Oregon. I went out at sunrise and I loved how the couple and their dog were highlighted with the rising mist, which put the massive size of this geological feature in perspective. #natgeophotographer #haystackrock #beach #sunrise
When you can’t get out and travel as much as you used to, you start looking around the house for creative ways to take new photographs. I found this by looking up into the dining room light and I also noticed the patterns in the light shade. #natgeophotographer
